  • Buler/Rithmic stayed off: all Buler/Rithmic rows remained disabled pending pre-entry quote validation.

Fix policy

TP/SL now needs one source of truth. Pine/script TP/SL revisions are updated deliberately, then manually repasted/resaved in TradingView for now.

Backend override is not the normal operating path. It should exist only as a temporary backup or explicit human override while the process is being hardened.

When TP/SL changes: update Pine source, repaste/resave the TradingView script and alert, dry-run through /webhook/test, then confirm account routing and bracket math before calling it live.
